One of the top 20 largest online casinos fairly consistently since 1998. It also claims to be the home of the Internet's largest Jackpot ever won online ($645,356.09) - that's about 1000 times larger than my biggest slots win, but here's hoping.
Casino USA cashouts are about normal speed (three or four days typically) which is kinda slow as far as I am concerned, but I'm not the king of the world, so I can't do anything about it.
The software is Playtech, which means it's very reliable and easy to use. It looks pretty good too. I'm starting to think that support for all Playtech casinos is handled by one giant call centre, since they seem to have the same responses, and the same wait times (about 24 hours typically, another 24 if you have a problem that can't be answered with a form email). Casino USA look after their customers with a good variety of promos.
Overall, this is a well established casino who look after their players. As soon as there's a Casino Canada though, national loyalties will take over. Unless Casino Canada sucks, in which case I'll swallow my pride, and stay with the Americans.
