Finally, a casino based in a place that I can find on a map (Alice Springs, Australia). There is no word yet if Crocodile Dundee is on the board of directors, but the Managing Director looks like Wally from the films. AusVegas is part of the Lasseters group (one of Australia's larger real life gambling operators).
Ahem, anyway, Aus Vegas have some nice ongoing promotions, like the chance to win a car or $20,000 cash (every $250 of action you give them gets you one entry into the draw) that are more appealing to me than getting a couple bucks back through comp points.
The support staff seem to have Australian (which is a lot like English) as their first language. This is always a plus, and something I'm not 100% convinced about with other casinos. They were helpful when I contacted them using their funky online chat system.
The game selection is poor (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and about 7 different 5 reel slots). On the upside, the no download version is quick, and the casino as a whole looks pretty good (a nice blue colour scheme). Adjusting the size of your best takes some getting used to (but I pretty much play $5 bets, so it didn't bother me). Action buttons in all the games are obvious, and not too close together.
Aus Vegas are a solid casino, but they really need a bit more game selection (and to get endorsed by either Steve Irwin or Crocodile Mick Dundee - that would be sweet).
